The 2014-2015 application period for community event funding will open on March 31, 2014 for community groups and non-profits interested in partnering with the City to deliver community events. Applications will be accepted from March 31, 2014 to April 17, 2014. A City Council Ad-Hoc Committee will review applications, make a final recommendation to the full City Council for consideration of approval before June 30, 2014.
For fiscal year 2014-2015, events proposed to be held in City parks; Weston, Gibbel or Mary Henley, will receive priority for possible funding by the City Council.
