On Friday, September 7th, at about 9:22 PM, Hemet Police Officers responded to an armed robbery call at Five Star Liquor, 501 N. State Street. The store's clerk told officers that two men just robbed the store at gun-point and were last seen running east on Oakland Avenue.
Officers immediately began searching the area and soon located two men matching the description provided by the clerk. Evidence was located nearby and the clerk also ID'ed the two as the same who had just robbed him. The money was returned to the store and the men were taken to jail.

Nathaniel Tyrell Lakey, 19 years old from Los Angeles
