[ARCHIVED] Hemet Police Welcomes Newest Officer ... Says Thank You to Retiring Veteran

Hemet Police Neureither Retires Snell Swearing In

On December 4th, Hemet Police Chief Dave Brown, flanked by family, friends, Council Member Linda Krupa, and Police Department staff, presented retiring Investigator Mike Neureither with a service plaque for his 15 years at the Hemet Police Department. Investigator Neureither proudly served in the United States Navy and the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department before joining the Hemet PD in 1997. Investigator Neureither was the lead investigator on several high-profile cases during his tenure at Hemet PD.

Chief Brown also welcomed Hemet PD's newest officer, Katie Snell by swearing her in today. Officer Snell comes to Hemet PD after spending nearing five years with the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. She has already begun her training and is assigned to the patrol bureau.
