[ARCHIVED] Hemet PD Makes More Prostitution Arrests

Williams Hemet Police Arrest

Prostitute and Pimp arrested.

On Wednesday, May 01, 2013 at approximately 1:30 pm, Officers of the City of Hemet Police Department saw a vehicle parked in the parking lot of a motel in the 2700 block of W. Florida Avenue. These officers had previously obtained information that the vehicle may be involved in prostitution. The officers contacted a male subject inside the vehicle and began speaking with him.

As they were speaking to the male subject, another male came out of one of the motel rooms and began speaking with the officers. Ultimately the officer’s investigation led them to a room at the motel where prostitution was occurring. Further investigation led to the arrest of a female for suspicion of soliciting an act of prostitution and the arrest of a male for Pimping.

These are the first arrests that are a direct result of intelligence gathered during recent surveillance operations aimed at targeting prostitution in the Hemet San-Jacinto Valley.

Arrested were:

Johnelle Stills, 30 year old Hemet resident.
Charges: solicitation of prostitution. Stills is currently on PRCS (Post Release County Supervision / AB109) and a PRCS hold was obtained.

Lynn Williams, 50 year old Hemet resident.
Charges: Pimping.
