On Sunday June 14th at about 2:23 pm. a City of Hemet Police Officer was flagged down by an attempted carjacking victim in front of the Police Dept. The victim was bleeding from a cut on his forehead and advised that a male suspect had just attempted to steal his vehicle in the 100 block of N. Ramona St. The victim fought off the suspect and drove to the police dept.
