Do I need a permit for a yard sale?

Yes. A permit is required for all residential yard sales, garage sales, or estate sales. The cost of the permit is $10.00 and each permit is valid for up to 3 consecutive days. You must wait 30 calendar days before holding another sale. No more than 4 yard sales per calendar year will be allowed at the same address.
