Utility bills are sent out each month, with billing periods lasting from 28 to 35 days. Bills are mailed on Mondays and are considered late if not paid within 15 days of the billing date. Payments not received by 5:30 pm on the due date will incur additional fees and collection actions. The City of Hemet Water Service operates on a system with 6 different Billing Cycles. To determine which Billing Cycle applies to you, have your Utility Service Statement handy and follow the steps below.
1. Find your account number located at the top or center of your Utility Services Statement (see example below).
2. Note the first two digits of your account number.
3. Click the link below that corresponds with the first two digits of your account number.
Example: If the account number is 41-111111-11, click the link for accounts 39 through 47.
