Capital Improvement Program

The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) oversees numerous projects including the following:

• Implement an annual Capital Improvement Program identifying public improvements and funding sources.
• Perform in-house engineering design for capital projects. Also solicit, coordinate, review, and direct consulting engineering firms for professional services on City projects.
• Advertise, administer, and inspect work resulting from construction contracts.
• Maintain and provide traffic data for use in planning, accident investigation and grant application
• Develop and maintain GIS data for public works infrastructure.
