Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan provides a vision forward for the City of Hemet to achieve several milestones toward improving quality of life, increasing economic opportunities, and improving the overall health of the Hemet community. Strategic Plan Action Items are organized from highest to lowest priority, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet the community's most pressing needs. This structured approach enables the City Council to proactively focus on achieving specific objectives, thereby enhancing transparency and accountability within the government.
Updates will be posted periodically to keep the community informed of the City's progress. We invite you to sign up for our biweekly newsletter to stay connected on a more frequent basis.
Sincerely,
Mark Prestwich, City Manager
